This interactive session is designed to help parents and carers support their children in becoming confident with numeracy.
We’ll be sharing:
*Everyday Maths at home – a look at how we can use everyday activities such as shopping, money, cooking and time to support numeracy at home
*Calculation techniques – a look at the techniques and strategies that we use in school for parents to support at home
*Making Maths FUN – simple numeracy-based games to build fluency and times table knowledge

6th Form students qualify for England Schools Cross Country Championships!
A cold and wet January Saturday afternoon saw the Warwickshire Schools Cross Country Championships take place. In brutal conditions and on a punishing course at Princethorpe College all competitors did incredibly well.
Two Sixth Form students excelled and were outstanding! Jack finished 6th and Joel 7th in the whole county! They have been selected and now have the honour of representing Warwickshire in the National Schools Cross Country Championship held in March in Liverpool!
Joel has been selected to represent Team GB at the European Deaf Championships in August this year in Hanover, Germany! He’s competing in the 800m. A tremendous accomplishment and opportunity.
An unbelievable achievement from 2 talented, determined and hard-working students. We wish them the best of luck!
